There are two LEDs, which provide network state information.

PWR/Tx Indicator

Steady green (Power indicator) shows that theadapter has power (computer power is ON and power is supplied tothe adapter).

Flashing green (Transmission indicator) showsthat the computer is transmitting onto the network. This functionapplies only when the network medium is twisted-pair cable.

LNK/Rx Indicator

Steady green (Linkage indicator) shows thatthere is a good data linkage to the network.

Flashing green (Reception indicator) shows thatthe computer is receiving from the network. This function appliesonly when the network medium is twisted-pair cable.
