If you have issues setting up or using your DSP-W218, please reset it to factory defaults and use the Mydlink App to attach it back to your MyDlink account.

To perform a reset, use the Power/reset Button located on the top of your product :

Press this button to turn on/off the power socket. Press and hold this button until the status LED turns solid red to reset the device to factory default settings.
