Yes, you can write your own HTML Code to customise the captive portal. Go to Configure → Access Point → Profiles, select the SSID that will contain the captive portal and select the captive portal tab. Select the Splash Page template you wish to use, click on the Splash Page Editor button to customise and create your own template.
