Draft-11n, formally IEEE 802.11n is a new amendment to the802.11 standard for wireless networks.

Although it is still awaiting its official release, the standardis now largely final and offers speeds of up to 540Mbit/s (average about 200 MBit/s in practice), making it over 10times faster than its immediate predecessors 802.11a and802.11g, and nearly 50 times faster than 802.11b.

D-Link already offers a range of Draft-11n products,including the DIR-635 router, the DSL-2740B ADSL router andthe DWA-142, DWA-547 and DWA-645 adapter cards.
